Your mind is a "Thoughts Factory". You are the production manager. It can produce either positive or negative thoughts. Ideas of others are your raw materials.

Let new thoughts make you a new man. Be ye renewed by the renewing of your mind.

Changing our thoughts and attitudes requires effort. But anything that doesn't require effort isn't worth having.
