Love one another

Love consists in this, that two solitudes protect and touch and greet each other” - Rainer Maria Rilke

Love Demonstrated
A class of little girls was learning to spell. They spelled a number of small words, such as "pig," "cat," "dog," "cow," and amused themselves by imitating the sounds that these animals make. Then little Mary was asked to spell "love." She didn't stop to give the letters, but ran and threw her arms around the teacher's neck and kissed her on the cheek. "We spell 'love' that way at our house," she said. The girls laughed, but the teacher said, "That is a beautiful way; but do you know another way to spell 'love'?" "Oh, yes," cried Mary, "I spell love this way," and she began to put the books in order on her teacher's desk. "I spell love by helping everybody when they need me."

"Treasure the love you receive above all. It will survive long after your good health has vanished." - Og Mandino

"There is more hunger for love and appreciation in this world than for bread." - Mother Teresa

Kindness is more than deeds. It is an attitude, an expression, a look, a touch. It is anything that lifts another person. What do you think?

That picture speaks a lot! Love is not words but actions..but sometimes we need to hear 'I love you' from our love ones!

Sam, I need a code how to make a text when we touch the picture in our post.. please help me, then I know you love me.. hahaha..

Hi Trinity,

Thanks for sharing your insightful views and wisdom. Indeed, love is not words but actions.

As for the code, I am using the HTML TITLE attribute. You place the code at the "Edit Html" in blogger instead of the Compose tab.

Check out these sites for more information:
- Using ALT and TITLE attributes
- The ALT and TITLE attributes

Hope this can explain the TITLE and ALT attribute well so that you can then make text appear when you point mouse over the picture in your blog. If you still need more help, don't hesitate to ask.

Blessings to you, Trinity.

Hi Sam...

One of my all time favorite scriptures: By this shall all men know ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another! :-)

Thank you for this simple truth...

Hi Sam,
What an adorable picture you chose for this post. You are so good at that.

That was such a lovely story. Children are so precious. It would be good for adults to be able to adapt those loving child thoughts. What a wonderful world that would be.

Have a great weekend.

Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for quoting one of the most important commandment from the bible.

There is another great passage in Romans 13:8-10 - "Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law. (9) For the commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not bear false witness," "You shall not covet," and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." (10) Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law."

Lots of Love to you, Jennifer
