Wondrous Power Of A Hug

Although many of the social and behavioral aspects of everyday life vary greatly from country to country, know that there is wondrous power a hug can do.

Our world and culture needs more hugs. A hug can convey the greatest empathy and sympathy. It can bring healing.

“A Hug is Two Hearts Wrapped In Arms.

"A Hug is a Handshake from the Heart."

"A Hug is Welcome back again!"

“Hugs can do great amounts of good - especially for children.” - Princess Diana

“They invented hugs to let people know you love them without saying anything.” - Bil Keane

Hugs can relieve pain and depression.. Hugging feels good and overcomes fear... It provides stretching exercise to short people and stooping exercise to tall people... It saves heat and energy... Hugging makes happy days happier.

So stretch your arms and hug your child today, hug your spouse today, hug a friend today and hug your Mom or Dad!

It is just how mysterious & simple hug can do wonders. It can be used to comfort someone, to give the assurance & sense of belongings. When my brother passed away, my siblings hug each other to console each other. We felt so much comfort in each other arms that we still have one another. We have to cherish one another as long as we live :)

Hi Anitha,

I am glad you also agree that hugging is beneficial. FYI, when I was in USA, it is so normal to hug one another as a sign of goodbye or welcome especially during winter.

Many Blessings

Hi Jean,

Thanks for the hug! Lately, the weather is really cold. Hugging my wife can keep each other warm. However, she said, not when I am sick, otherwise, she also get sick! :-)

Meme? Hmm... I will check out the tag. FYI, I seldom respond to meme unless it is very easy :-)
