Learn to feel with your heart!

"Why do we close our eyes when we sleep? When we cry? When we imagine? When we kiss? When we pray? Because the most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen with your eyes, but must be felt with your heart!" - Helen Keller

"Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God." - Matthew 5:8

Ohh Sam, this is one of my all time favorite quotes.

And... I had heard and cherished the second part but have never read the entire quote so thank you for giving me the rest.

I so agree with this... I find when I shut my eyes I immediately go inside and experience life in a whole new way!

Blessings and gratitude to you my friend,

Jen

Hi Jean,

Thanks for your kind and encouraging words. I am glad that you liked this little post and verse.

Also thank you for wishing me a Happy Birthday. To tell you the truth, my command of English sometimes were so terrible that when someone ask me question in the form of negative, I don't know how to answer:-) When you say "I hope you DON'T think..". I have difficulty to understand and to answer. I am not sure if I were to answer NO which to me sound like you are wrong, I think you are... and if I were to answer YES, am I saying that you are... LOL! :-)

Thus, I think I better answer not by saying No or Yes. But in this manner.. Shoutbox is not mean for private reading. Thus, it is fine. You are not nosy.

Thank you for visiting this blog and joined my mybloglog community.

Best wishes to you, Jean.

Agreed, Jean. Sam's very wise- in life, we must question why some things- like lust, money etc- are seen as important, by society.

It satisfies... the self-importance, earthly desires, and power urges of Man. Therefore something to think about........

Thank you, and Happy Birthday! :-)
