Living with Integrity

“Integrity is what we do, what we say, and what we say we do” - Don Galer

Below is a conversation between a store owner with his new employee:

"My boy," said the store owner to his new employee, "Wisdom and Integrity are essential to the retail business.

By 'Integrity' I mean if you promise a customer something, you have got to keep that promise even if it means we lose money."

"And what," asked the teenager, "is Wisdom?"
"That," answered the boss, "is not making any stupid promises."

Have the courage to say no. Have the courage to face the truth. Do the right thing because it is right. These are the magic keys to living your life with integrity.” - W. Clement Stone

Integrity is doing the right thing, even if nobody is watching. A person is not given integrity. It results from the never-ending pursuit of honesty at all times.”

“If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity, nothing else matters.” - Alan K. Simpson

Do you agree? What does integrity means to you?
