Be Courteous and Considerate

One of the good thing I could recalled when I was working in Woodstock, Connecticut, USA is that people there are very courteous and considerate. They won't slam the door behind you. They will hold the door and wait for you. That is indeed a good culture.

It is sad to hear this sayings: “It is difficult to find a courteous person today who isn't trying to sell you something”.

Everyone gets along better when they're considerate of each other. What do you think?

“When employees respect each other and get along in the workplace, it's amazing how productivity increases, morale increases and employees are more courteous to customers.” - Maureen Wild

“The habit of being uniformly considerate toward others will bring increased happiness to you” - Grenville Kleiser

"Take care, be kind, be considerate of other people and other species, and be loving." - John Lithgow

“A tree is known by its fruit; a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost; he who sows courtesy reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.” - St. Basil

“You should always be courteous and considerate. For most professionals, it's a small world. People know each other and you don't know when you'll run into them again.” - Ben Dattner

I am looking forward to hear from you the experiences you had.

A little bit of stress is useful to get things going but too much of it can kills!

"One of the symptoms of an approaching nervous breakdown is the belief that one's work is terribly important." - Bertrand Russell

"Whether a person is spiritual or not, we all seek to get away from the stress, anger, and anxiety of everyday life. Some people drink, do drugs, or do worse to escape, and they hurt themselves in the process. Some people listen to music, mine included, and feel better." - Yanni

Check out this website for the Signs, Symptoms, Causes, and Effects of Stress.

The bible tells us in Matthew 6:31-34 (NKJV) -

"Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Well, do you have a lot of stress? If you have, do feel free to share how you overcome it.
